Movies You Can Watch Over and Over

There are some movies that you cannot help but watch over and over again. Such movies definitely become your comfort films. You go back to them from time to time and find them as entertaining and comforting as you did for the first time. And what could be a better way to unwind after a long hectic day than watching your favorite movie? There are some releases that you can watch over and over again without getting bored of them.

This is why we have compiled a list of all such hits that you can watch multiple times because they are your perfect cure to boredom.

Before we jump straight to these movies, we want to make sure that you have the right essentials for them. Of course, these are the means of release from everyday hustle and bustle. So, you need a perfect source of entertainment for it as well.

We are talking about a cable TV that can give you umpteen options to peruse through and pique one channel out of many on which you can watch this content. Or an internet connection that is stress-free and uninterrupted. In this regard, Charter Spectrum. does the trick by providing your cable television with more than 125 channels and an internet connection that is perfect for streaming without the stress of data limits.

With that being said, let’s move forward and talk about the movies you can watch over and over again. Don’t worry, your favorite definitely made the list.

1. Mean Girls (2004)

Everyone and their mother has watched this movie at least a hundred times. It is a pure classic and represents the early 2000s era perfectly. Mean Girls will never get old. People of all ages still enjoy this movie and just so you know, we have a feeling that even when we are going to turn 60, we will still be watching it and laughing over every scene.

It has one of the most quotable dialogues and we still find ourselves saying “On Wednesdays, we wear pink.”  And we do! Mean Girls is your window into a teenage drama of an American high school and it gave us unrealistic expectations of what a high school looks like.

Just FYI, now that we are all grown up, can we just admit that Regina George is one of the most iconic characters in the history of teen movies.

2. Monsters, Inc. (2001)

Raise your hand if you still watch this movie even though you are 30. If not, we are seriously going to judge you. Monster, Inc. is one of those films that make you absolutely in love with an animated character. We cried and laughed while watching the character development of Sully. And we all wanted a friend like Wazowski.

The cherry on top is the cuteness and pure innocence of Boo. Monsters Inc. is more than just an animated movie. And it shows because no matter how many times you put it on, you cannot help but go back to it whenever you want to escape the overwhelming routine of daily life.

This is a masterpiece of Pixar and as much as a three-year-old gets obsessed with it, fifty years old also cannot help but re-watch it whenever they find it on the TV. So, if you are looking for a perfect film that will help you go back to the old innocent days, then put this back on, sit back and relax.

3. Clueless (1995)

We are not going to lie. We spent the whole first half of 2020 constantly re-watching old rom-com during the lockdown days. And the most prominent title was for sure Clueless because who can even say no to staring at Paul Rudd for a good 90 minutes. Clueless sums up the life of every high school-going kid back in the 90s. Kids used to idealize Cher Horowitz and drool over her virtual closet.

Clueless gave us our favorite comeback to everything. “As if!” became our catchphrase for quite some time. The scenes, wardrobe, dialogues, acting, chemistry, and of course, the charm of Paul Rudd keeps pulling us back to this movie again and again.

4. Little Miss Sunshine (2006)

Little Miss Sunshine is a perfect tragicomedy film that you can watch with your family again and again and laugh and cry over every single scene. This movie introduces us to a dysfunctional family that makes us realize the value of relationships. A road film where a kid along with her grandpa teaches you the true meaning of what family is, is our go-to option when we desperately need a much-needed break.

We have surely watched Little Miss Sunshine with our siblings and cousins over one too many slumber parties and we are sure you have too.

Final Words

There is something magical about certain movies that you can’t help but keep going back to them again and again. These movies may not be counted as classics but some of them are wholesome and this is what makes them special. Such are the ones mentioned above and you probably agree with us on this too. So, if you are looking for a perfect way to walk down a memory lane then check out these films and spend your weekend cozied up in a blanket.
